3. Product Delivery

Digital products, including the Board Protection Toolkit and Governance Validation Certificate, are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically completed within 15 minutes of payment confirmation. The Maritz Collective (Pty) Ltd accepts no liability for delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the purchaser.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. Refunds will only be considered in circumstances where the product was not delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation and the issue cannot be resolved by resending the delivery. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, SOPs, and materials included in the Board Protection Toolkit and Governance Validation Certificate are the intellectual property of The Maritz Collective (Pty) Ltd. Purchasers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for their own sectional title scheme governance purposes. The Maritz Collective (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, the assessment tool, or any products purchased herein. The maximum liability of The Maritz Collective (Pty) Ltd shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the user.
